I am suffering from watery and mixed stool from the past 4 months. The symptoms are:-
In the morning i get a bit of 20% water and some semi solid (moreover less of semi) stool. 3 hours after i had my breakfast i had to go bowel and this time the stool is watery. I am not eating any of the fried, fat , spicy or other such kind of things coz i used to exercise and i hate these foods. I also used to have a lean look earlier i was building up bit fast therefore i had taken Loperamide for two days and it helped me but not much. I have also consulted a gasto doc but it was a crap stuff that he did. Yeah it used to get sever when it was summer (i am from India) but as the weather goes cold it gets bit calm in the stomach coz in summer i used to go to bowel for 4 time to 5 times. I took one ayurvedic medicine and it really helped me but later on i went out and in for some work and consumed a bit less water and it was hot summer about 46 degrees and the symptoms appeared again. I am using the same ayurvedic medication this time but it is not helping me.
In the stool there is NO BLOOD.
yeah and one more symptom...this is common i this problem :- When i consume food and after an hour or two i take a nap for 30 mins and get up i got to go to bowel and its watery.
I am in real trouble guys. I had to build up i am taking every precaution. In the Gym i am working hard but when it comes to diet even i consume it, it the watery stool that i cannot stop. I got to go to bowel atleast 3 times a day.
Please Help me.
