Hi, I seem to have a problem that I am not able to fix. I have a urine PH between 5.0 and 5.5 I am tring everything I know to raise it , eating mostly alkaline food very few if any acid foods. I am also taking alkalife drops as well Bicarb Balance to get it up to 7.0. I even bought new PH strips in case the ones I was using were old. I am nauseous most of the day and very bad when I wake up in the morning. I also have GERD, that can be caused by a low PH. The Dr. says to eat only alkine foods, however that doesn't seem to be getting thesea job done. --( a funny) I dropped my PH tape in the stool by accident and the water was a higher Ph than my urine, it iturned a dark green really fast. I also have some stomach pain. Can anyone help?
