i have the feeling of a lump in the throat which comes and goes, throat feels really sore and feels sore when i eat and feels like i have to swallow a little harder than usual to make food go down. i feel like i have to keep clearing my throat, also every so often keep bringing small amounts of clear vomit up, feel ok in myself no pain or nausea or feeling sick or anything, just this feeling in my throat, only had this feeling since this morning,
i went to my gp about it this evening, he looked into my throat with a light for about 2 seconds and said ahhh yes and gave me a perscription for penicillin. however i dont trust my local gp's as they are widely regarded by most people as being useless and wanting to get you out of their office as quickly as possible, so i just wanted to get other people opinions on this, just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what else it could be, my gp never told me what he thought it was, just luked into my throat for 2 seconds and gave me perscription for penicillin...PLEASE OFFER YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS MATTER...thank you:):) ps ( i have recently been diagnosed with anxiety/mild depression, which is probably due to over worrying about a seperate problem i have being having with my chest, do you think maybe the constant worry could be causing this, as im always thinkin of it and worrying and lately ive started to have panic attacks)
