hey everyone
so i've had digestive problems most of my life but about 5 years ago the doctor diagnosed me with ibs from my symptoms of constipation, bloating, lots of gas (usually smelly). And for a while it started to get better but then it turned into this black gross smelly poop, it was a real thick sludge like consistence this went on for quite a while 6 months or so. Maybe i should have been concerned but since i was going everyday i wasnt really concerned. But then i got super bad constipation like never before nothing helped laxitive were worthless, tried increasing fiber even keep a food diary all useless. this went on for like a month... a month of pooping nothing but occasional nuggets... i felt like i was going to die...ended up going on food fast were i was only allowed to eat rice, vegetables, fruit, plus olive oil. It cleared up imediatly but now my poops are either pencil thin or these small ribon like poops that are often twisted in weird shape. I go all the time 3 to 4 times a day there not runny just weird shapes. I still feel bloated all the time, extremley weak, sleep 9 hours a day yet i still wake up feeling real worn out paticularly in the afternoon. I'm not sure whats wrong? anyone experienced something similar or suggestions.

One more thing which may or not be related my period used to last a full 3 to 4 days but then it got really light i mean not even a day, its been like this for a year or so. but recently this year i have horrible cramps, like fall to the floor bad cramps, its weird because my periods not any heavier????

Please help;)

  • My mother has had digestive problems where constipation was a major issue for years.... seeked out help from many doctors. The only thing that has helped... and it really solved everything is magnesium/ calcium supliments Calcium can't be absorbed without Magnesium, they go hand in hand. If you can get it in a powder form it's the best and absorbs quickly. Here's a # for a good one that I found "Cal- Absorb" 1-888-857-7841. Good Luck!
