I have GERD and IBS but it seems to be under control. I have found things that trigger it like coffee and the weirdest thing HALLS cough drops. When I get a sore throat and take HALLS it tears up my stomach with bad ( real bad ) gas and constant bowl movements. Now my question is this: I can have peanut M&Ms but not sugar donuts, can have a candy bar but not cough drops, why?
