I am a healthy 32 yo female. I do not eat greasy food, meat, smoke, or drink soda (I drink a few beers about twice a week) I exercise 6 times a week (running or biking).
This last month I have experienced lower stomach pain starting in the afternoon and lasting until evening. I am more gassy than normal. The pain is constant. Nothing dramatic has changed in my diet to warrant this discomfort.
Should I go see a doctor or just start taking OTC anti-gas medicine? I heard that raw vegetables make you gassy, should I cut out salads? Any suggestions will be appreciated!
