Hello, I am only a teen and I do not know much vocab dealing with stomach pain, so please bear with me.

Since last week, I've been having sharp, painful stomach aches. Not the normal feeling I had before. I get this every day if not every other day. It only lasts about 30mins-1hour but is very painful. The lower left of my abdominal area makes a noticeable noise and I am very worried about this.. I also haven't had a normal "trip to the bathroom" for a while. The only time I am able to "get rid of some waste" is during a painful stomach ache on the toilet. Which results in a more moist outcome..

Also, most of the time, I don't feel that hungry and I seem to feel more full after eating a meal.
I haven't seen a doctor yet because this just started and I am hoping it will get better soon.

What do you recommend I try to do? Such as, stay away from foods such as..?

Thank you so much,

  • It sounds like you have symptoms of IBS or gallbladder trouble but that usually affects women.
