i am having stomach pain for 5 yrs already. had gone for many treatments but still not covering.

the pain start after give birth second child ( ceasarian for both child). the pain is like gripping , bloating and sometime difficult to pass wind. it will happen anytime and will pain for 5 - 7 days and relief for few days and start again. it happens every month. also have constipation sometime.

have done 2 time colonoscopy and doctor said i having diverticulitis. then i refer to another doctor together with my last medical report ( cd version) and him couldnt find out the diverticulitis. then i did stomach scan - result is fine , no problem with my inrernal organs. barium test also done, it show that moving is a bit slow . then did laporoscopy, the result also fine , no any problem , just remove out my appendis ( in case it could give problem in future). last , recently did abdomen x-ray and show that faecal loading in the entire colon and gas filled bowel.

i also had try changed my daily diet , no gassy food but no changes. pls help me to diagnosis my pain. thank you.
