Stomach cramps

My 11 year old son started to complain about his stomach about three months ago, the cramps come and go and can range from mild to moderate pain around the belly button area. His toilet habbits have not changed but now and agian he will get diahorrea. Also he as lots of wind and can sometimes mesh is underpants when passing wind. His as days where he does not eat much and ok days when he will eat but not like he use to. He as lost a little weight but not alot but he as also grown upwards.
The doctors have felt his stomach and no signs of a swelling,lymth nodes in neck ok.
at present I think he as the onset of crohns.
Please does anyone have any suggetions
