Stomach Bug? Something that I ate? I don't know...

Hello, I am a fourteen year old female, and ever since last night, my stomach has been giving me a problem.

OK, last night, I woke up, feeling like I needed to defecate, and I did. I did, however, experience anal pain that lasted about 2 hours long, and I couldn't sleep because of it. Shortly after, I felt nauseated, and I had stomachaches on and off, and they occured in the lower abdomen and one of the upper quadrants, but I'm not sure (the pains are usually five to ten minutes, but it's not like labor or anything! I'm not that dirty!). I feel nauseaus whenever I eat anything (I ate toast and it makes me sick), and even when I don't eat, I'm nauseated!

I did eat a pretty big dessert last night, but there is also a stomach bug going around. I am fertile and I do menstruate, but I'm not pregnant, and I've never had any sexual contact with a male. I also (I think) have IBS, so it could just be that, but again, I'm unsure!

Anyway, this isn't really as serious as your problems, but I still need to know what this is...
