small bowel outpouch

Has anyone heard of an out pouch on their small bowel? I have a fairly large one and was wondering the reasons why and can it be removed and does it cause any problems.

  • Never heard of it, can you be more specific? Do you mean a dilated ileum, the terminal portion of your small bowel?
