Should I see a doctor?

I have been feeling ill the past couple of days and now wondering if I should see a doctor. My symptoms are:

1. Early on I felt nauseous, but that subsided about 4 hours after initially feeling sick
2. I have very watery diarrhea, it even seems that I am not losing the same amount I'm consuming.
3. Light to moderate lower abdominal pain.
4. I can't seem to 'poop'. I constantly feel like something is in there, but all I've noticed is very watery diarrhea (about 20% solids, 80% liquid).

These symptoms started 2 days ago. I have been keeping well hydrated, and haven't been eating as much because food seems to encourage the symptoms. There has been no change in the things I eat the past few weeks, but I have been monitoring my caloric intake more carefully (realizing I was over eating by 10-20% of my daily calories). I have a very sedentary job, but try to stay active at home. And I'm in my mid 20s.

So, all that being said, should I schedule an appointment with my doctor?
