Until today I haven't pooped in at least 3-4 days. I've been under some stress, not having the best sleep habits, and have been eating less frequently than normal.
Today I've been on and off the toilet half-a-dozen times feeling the 'urge' to poop but not having much luck. I have passed some poop that is very soft and difficult to pass (just feels like it isn't moving as easily as usual).
I did take iron supplements for 3 days for the first time last week.
Should I be alarmed at all? Clearly things are completely blocked, as I have been able to pass some, but I keep feeling like I still need to go; yet can't.
