Severe Stomach Pains

Been doing some research about my stomach cramping but not sure what it could be. I wasn't sure if it's because of the way I eat ( fast food most of the days ) or even not getting enough fiber. I haven't been able to go to the bathroom as often as I should be so I bought ex-lax and stool softeners. My symptoms can get so sharp in my lower stomach to where it makes it almost unbearable to stand up, walk. The pains have been getting worse, and comming more often then just once in a while. As soon as I feel the pains in my stomach, I try going to the bathroom. I get hot-flashes, tingles through my fingers ( numbness ) and cannot stand up. The pains are so sharp that it's so discomforting it wakes me up out of my sleep. Someone please help :(
