Hi everyone. For the past couple of days, I have had severe pain that builds up for about 10-15 seconds and as it subsides, I have a bowel movement. I have never had this before. No blood in stool. I have a history of GI problems in the past (acid reflux, no gallbladder, IBS), but this pain is new to me. It is always right before I pass stool or a large amount of gas. It also feels sore when I press down on my lower abdomen where I have had the pain. Any ideas??
