My son, 17, was finally diagnosed with salmonella after 3 weeks, he is on Bactrim for 3 days, but he is still getting bad stomach pains, bloating and nausea. I'm not sure if its the antibiotic or still the salmonella symptoms.
Is it normal to last over 3 weeks? Can it cause other problems? He had a sonogram but I have to wait until Friday for the results. I am so worried.
