last week i accidentally did crunches with a strength training belt and i hurt myself below my rib cage. my bowl movement has changed. i only go once day in the morning after i wake up but during the day i dont go. during the morning my stool would be brown but when i do go during the day the stool would be yellow. i barley pass gas only when im laying down. ive been burping more often. i even lost my appetite, however when i eat i feel less pressure. i sometimes feel my stomach churning. the pressure has gone down somewhat from five days ago. i tried gas x on Saturday and i felt some relief, haven't used it since. yesterday when i drink and juice i threw up. i still feel some sort of pressure. what could be the problem? im 23 and in good health.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
