About 3 weeks ago I got extremely constipated and bloated. I only realized this because I was so bloated that I thought about the last time i had had a BM. I don't have them as often as most people so I hadn't even thought about it.
Well I waited a few days and I still hadn't had one and it felt like there was something but it was too big to come out. So I took a laxative and nothing happen. I waited a few more days and it was the same thing... felt like something was there but wouldn't come out. So I got a 2pack enema and tried one for the first time.
It still didn't work. I had some stuff come out, AROUND whatever is giving me the feeling of being constipated but it never came out.
I took another one a few days later and it still didn't do anything.
The only thing that was coming out was mucus and weird white stuff.
Well it's been about 3-4 weeks since this all happened and I looked in the mirror while I was pushing to have a BM and there's something slightly sticking out, but only when I push like I'm trying to go. I looked up pictures of an rectal prolapse and that's what it looks like but it only sticks out slightly and only when I push.
I figured since I hadn't gone to the bathroom and that this could be something serious I went to the ER after work. The doctor wasn't very helpful at all and he gave me a rectal exam, which was him sticking his finger up there for about 3 seconds, and that's all. He said he couldn't feel anything weird or abnormal. And I tried telling him that whatever is sticking out is NOT normal. He also x-rayed my stomach to make sure there wasn't any blockage... which the x-ray showed none. but if it is something like an abscess... it wouldn't show up on a x-ray, right?
Anyways, he gave me a script for something to drink to clean out everything. but I had already bought magnesium citrate, so I just went home and drank that.
I've been having diarrhea, which is good because at least it's coming out, but it still feels like there is something not coming out. And the thing still sticks out.
I have no idea what it is or if it's something that should be checked out.
I have endometriosis... and I've been reading about endo on your colon or bowel.
