I have this bad incredibe pain that occurs only at night when i lay on my back. After about for minutes or so if i am in the same position, the pain starts to build until i am unable to breath in or out, with out this excruciating pain, the movement of my diaphram in either direction is what brings on the pain. If i change positions to my side the pain starts to dissipate. The pain is a deep throbbing pain as well.
i did notice my stools are usually o not round more 1/2 round etc.
i also have constant dizzyness.
I used to lift weights alot when i was younger. It seems like gas bloats the area around my diaphram till i have the pain.
I was thinking may be i have a hard to diagnose hernia that pushes through and lays under or over the diaphram?
I have suffered with this for 17 years.
I have had a scans before, what do you think, and how can i test for it?
