Pain on the right side with other symptoms

I really need some ideas here as my doctor is really playing a guessing game now.

So far I have had ultrasounds and a CT scan which showed nothing. Blood tests to rule out chrons and celiacs. A colonscopy and endoscopy 2 and half years ago which were clean (follow up from one year before which found a couple of polyps).

So thats whats been done, so whats wrong?

Over the last year I have had a puling sensation on my right side next to my belly button. It has come on gone but in the last 3 months it has got worse and has refered down to my groin and up to below my ribs.

Add to that in the last 5 months I have lost appetite, knocked off 3-4 kg without doing anything different, felt bloated (though not as bad the last 3 weeks), bowl habits have changed, once a day to 2-3 times, then once etc though no diarrhoea and to top it feeling fatigued and low on energy.

Any help would be much appreciated
