Pain in the rectal region

I have this problem for the past 7 years.
I am 67 years old and I am a female.I have a continuous pain which beats down in the rectal region which will not let me relax at all.The pain is continuous when I seat and when I lie down in bed and it dissapears when I am standing.
Can any one help please.
I have been to many doctors all over the world.No luck!
