So I have been having this pinchin pain in my rectum for a good six months. Its more of a annoyance then anything. When it comes it feels like something is pinching inside my rectum. Then, about two months ago I started to get pain on my tailbone whenever I would sit down for a long period of time. It would go away when I switched positions or stood up but I don't know if its serious or not. I didn't fall on my butt at any point and I'm not sure if they are related, any help would be great thanks.

It could be related to internal haemorroids and the nerve pain in your tail bone could be related, haemorroids can twist and become a real problem, see your GP he should be able to help before it gets any worse
