Pain in esophagus - GERD?

I have reflux and pain in esophagus but my tests didn`t show acid reflux and pain is not corelated to non-acid reflux. My test didn`t show ahalasia but some dismotility only.
Esonophilic biopsy is OK too. I feel that I bruise lining of esophagus when I eat hard food.
Probably have candida but it wasn`t seen on test as well as H Pylori I had in the past. said Doctor said it probably in my head - he don`t care that I suffer and dismiss most of my questions. I also have some intolerances to food , chemicals and molds. Even gluten free and allergy free and low-catrb diet don`t help much.

Can you send your suggestion about such problems?
