I have for some time been thinking I have lactose intolerance due to fact that I get i'll after eating some dairy products. after this I went on a lactose free diet but found out that it cannot be lactose after eating some lactose free cheese which made me sick with diarrhoea and a really bad stomach. the only thing I can think of is that its a yeast infection or problem so at the moment i'm trying a yeast infection diet. i'm not entirely sure if it's working or whether its my actual problem , can anyone else give suggestions as to what it can be. I was tested for gluten intolerance as a child and the results came back that I was not gluten intolerant.other symptoms I get when i've eaten something that doesn't agree with me include bloating ,gas, constipation.

  • Have you been tested for a parasite like cyrptospridium or giardia? Both are water based and more common than you think. Ask you DR! Good luck.
