I am a 27 year old male it good health (I am overwieght by about 70 lbs)Recently my abdomen has been very sore. It feels like I did a million sit ups the day before although I havent done anything strenuous. The soreness goes all of the way into my BACK and often makes my back very sore (usually after excersize). Kinda gives a complete feeling of swelling.
No sharp pains just a CONSTANT uncomforable soreness. When I lean foward in a chair it almost feels as if there is some kind of lumps in my belly fat, however neither me or my wife can feel anything at all by pressing with our fingers. I also feel no extra tenderness in any part of my abdomen when pressing with fingers.
Got especially bad a couple of weeks ago but then it went away. No its back.
Any Ideas? I Have a doctors appoitment set but in the meantime Id love to research some possible causes.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

  • wondering about kidney stones, since the pain is also in your back. How about your heart??? I don't think the lumps are of any concern. Maybe cellulite??? Not sure if I spelled that right or not.
