Not able to eat/drink anything. Please advise

As soon as I eat any food, within minutes, I get head pressure/headache, chest tightness, and anxiety. This happens with anything I eat or drink. Water is the only exception.

Even when I swallow a tablet (capsules are not a problem though), I will get the same symptoms.

Doctors ruled out acid reflux, gastric motility disorders, food allergies and cardiac problems.

Does anybody experience this? Any suggestions please.

Thank you very much.
