I have suffered from fibromyalgia and IBS for years. I will have several days a year when I wake up to feel like I have a strange kind of virus affecting my digestive system. I will lose my appetite, sometimes have nausea, have more than one bowel movement. The gastro doctor says it is IBS, but I don't often see loss of appetite and nausea as common IBS symptoms. Ay other people experience these symptoms--and does anything help to prevent it from happening? I hate these days--worse than the days I have more fibro pain. I have tried keeping a food diary, but never see a connection between what I eat and a flare-up. Thanks for your help.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
