In April our infant daughter passed away because of clostridium prefringens. Which to my understanding is a food poisioning (the only thing she ate was baby formula), I am very interested in learning more about the causes of this. I was just wondering if anyone knew more about this or where I could find some more specific information. I have searched the major sites like the CDC and FDA but they have little informaiton. If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.
