I am very worried about my fiance! Does anyone know what could be wrong with him?

He has been having pretty bad stomach pain and vomiting for the past 2 weeks. It all started after we ate at Eat N' Park one night. His upper right side started to hurt. Later on the pain moved down and has mostly been staying just all over his lower stomach area.

He went to the doctor and was told that it was probably his gallbladder since the pain started in the upper right part of his stomach. The doctor gave him Protonex to try to help with that. He took it for about a week and it didn't really help any. He still couldn't hold food down and he was still having pain. One night the pain was so severe that we went to the ER. They did blood tests, x-rays, CT Scan and all of it came back normal. All they told him was that he had a lot of stool in the lower right part of his stomach. So they gave him this thing to drink that would help clean him out a little. And they set him up for an Ultrasound to see if his gallbladder was the problem.

Well, he had the ultrasound and we should be getting the results back anytime now. But I'm just very worried and wanted to get other people's opinions on what could be wrong. His stomach hurts everyday and he usually throws up at least once a day. I'm just hoping that if it was something really serious it would've shown up already on one the tests that he's already had done. So, does it sound like it's his gallbladder to you? Or do you think it's something more serious?
