Hello all I'm 20 a year old male who does not smoke or drink. The last two years I have been feeling terrible and almost to the point of not living. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed my arms and legs have a tingling sensation and I have a need to eat every 2-3 hours. If I do not eat I feel terrible anxious and irritable, almost to the point of passing out. On top of that I cannot gain any weight at all, no matter how much I eat. I was drinking XXX amplified mass gainer from GNC as a test and my weight did not change at all. My tongue is also severally coated which lead me to believe that it was candida, so I took a massive amount of probiotics and also read that the immune system would take care of it within a couple of months. I did not take any antibiotics before and this has been going on for 3 years so I doubt it can still be candida. I went to the doctor and had 2 blood tests done which did not show anything abnormal with my blood sugar etc. She gave me xnanx however I am 100% that anxiety is not the problem. I'm thinking it is a parasite of some type, thyroid disorder, or hypoglycemia attacks however I could be completely off. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
