Intestinal Damage

I was a habitual user of Poppy Pod Tea 3 years ago until 1 year ago, So for an entire 2 years I was constipated only passing once to twice weekly with help from milk of magnesia, etc. I am a year out of the withdrawals and my intestines still bother me regularly, putting me down. I am currently on a vegitarian/fish diet and I would greatly appreciate any advice people can give and I would really really really like to know if the pain will ever subside or furthermore, will my intestinal tract heal? I am 24 years of age now (male) (previously with very good genes on my father's side, substandard on my mothers), and aside from my intestines and slight issues with my brain and anxiety, I am in OPTIMAL health, I have not swayed from my diet at all. I have just changed over to using Probiotic tablets with every meal, and drinking extra fiber with metamucil

Am I going to die? will my intestines heal? Will I ever be able to lead a "normal" life again?

  • you are on the right tract with the probiotics....make sure you take a 10=14 multistrain probiotic such as primal defence...otherwise you may end up unbalancing your digestive system further...stay away from seeds, lettuce and other ruffage...take enzimes as well and look for natural coconut oil to soothe the bowels..hope this helps
