Intense pain from constipation every morning after breakfast

For the past several months I've had episodes of constipations that come and last a few days then go away. It generally lasts 5-6 days and it happens every morning after or during breakfast. It feels like I'm constipated and the pain is horrible. Sometimes the pain gets so bad that I feel really warm and I'm sweating all over then after a few minutes I feel like things are finally moving in my intestines and then the pain slowly goes away. What can cause this constipation? and why in the morning and not during the other meals?

I'm 36yo male. I've been to see doctors and they've done every test imanigable and they can't find anything wrong with me. Anyone know what it might be?

Any help would be appreciated.
