Hi my butt seems to leak out smell of drains/simply the "poo" wherever I walk ,even at home and I have no idea why! I have hemorroids and it is improving but this smell simply doesn't go off. When I clear my poo mostly, all it "flows out" are smell of the sewage drain. I understand about intestinal flora imbalance. But I have no idea why it just "flows" so freely when i can control my anal muscles.

Besides that, I have the normal constant rumbling sounds, gas, bloating, stomach pains, nausea.

And whenever i clear up my stomach, there's a 'burning feeling' within my stomach whereever it's empty.

I seriously need some help because I have gone to a few GPs with the condition "gas" and they say its common....but mine just flows w/o sound or action.
Does anyone have a problem like that? or should I do a checkup for anal spinchter?

I kind of doubt going to a specialist coz of fear of wrong/dismissed diagnosis again!

  • Sounds like a seepage problem, but there's no way to know over the forum like this. HEmorrhoids distort the architecture of the anal verge and can result in seepage, which is leakage of stool into your underwear. Chronic diarrhea can do this (proctitis for whatever reason, an ongoing low-grade colitis like microscopic or collagenous colitis, even allergic colitis as mentioned above). Gas-forming foods are usually excess dairy if you're even partially lactose intolerant, beans, tubers, cabbage, beer, etc....Good luck!

  • I had gas all of a sudden and I thought I was eating the same as always. But actually I was eating to much sweets and that caused all the gas. I Cut back, and my back firing went away. Seems to much sweets will cause excess gas even if your not eating things that traditionally make gas. Whats with the flatuence, you think were all smart out here? Call it what it is to us! A ***t:DHope this helps good health to ya
