I was diagnosed with Barrets in April and I was only 27 years old at the time. My doctor keeps sending me out for these grueling tests and has been since April in order to have the surgery. i have had a Ph probe, monometry, 2 sonograms, 2 mri's, bloodwork, upper gi series, xrays, 2 endoscopys and last but not least a clolonscopy. I am still comsuming 9-10 dexilants a day and have yet to have my surgery. I think my doc keeps sending me out for financial purposes. IEvery time I have had these tests done they always find something. A hatial hernia, gall stones, ulcers, and polypls. I had a kidney and liver function test done and so far theyre working @ 70%. Things couldnt be any better. Hopefull the Army base will do something about this now that i have been reffered to them! So hang in there to all of you!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
