I have an air bubble in my chest that hurts! How do I get rid of it?

I am experiencing a very painful episode for the first time. I have GERD and take meds am and pm, but after eating a lime popcycle I have a huge air bubble in my chest. I am also sweating! Is there a way to get rid of it short of going to the hospital?
