Alright so first of all I'm 20 years old and male

I first got sick with flu like symptoms-started with scratchy throat then next day instantly i got high fever, worst headache, dead tired, constant tickle in throat and cold sweats.

that all went away in a day except the headache and tickle.

headache lasted an additional day and the tickle was like 3 days.

I went to the doctor and he said i had bronchitis and gave me a 3 day antibiotic

all that is gone pretty much now except My chest is still congested, and its been about a week. If i try to talk or sing in a really high voice it crackles like its blocked, but when i cough its like i cant get anything to come up or theres nothing there. When i clear my throat it helps a bit and in the early morning i manage to get a little bit to come up but its clear.

anyways to the digestion problems starting 2 days ago I started getting heartburn, mostly in between my belly button and rib cage. It also feels like hunger pains but when i eat it gets worse. My stools are also really soft but no blood and normal color. I also have to pee very frequently once an hour or so and its a normal amount.

its just freaking me out sorry for how long this is but does anyone else have anything or had anything like this? Im worried i have crohns disease.
