h.pylori, how long will it last?

hello there.anyone who experienced like my case?.i went to the hospital more than a month ago.undegrgone endoscopy and found out i have duodenitis.it was a puzzle in me and decided to undergo h.pylori test through serology.i was found to have positive result.my gastro doctor prescribed me a triple therapy, amoxicillin,clarithromycin and omeprazole..i took for 2 weeks and continued lanzoprasole alone for another 2 weeks.i think it doesnt work in my case, but during the first week of this month, i felt some improvement but now i finished taking my last meds, and i still feel the discomfort and getting worst.i usually feel hungry an hour after finished taking a meal, and the discomfort increses when im hungry..what will i gonna do.anybody who would suggest for the most effective treatment for h.pylori? im suffering from it for a couple of months already...pls share your experiences for those who have the same case.thanks a lot and im looking forward for it..
