I'm a 35 year old male, with no history (personal or family) of any kind of gastronomocal problems. (just to get that out of the way).

Today is Wednesday, On Sunday Morning, I had diarrhea but nothing unremarkable, I had eaten mexican food the night before and chalked it up to maybe food poisening. Since then I've not been able to have a meaningful bowel movement. I have the urge many many times a day but when I get to the throne very little brown matter comes out...and it burns like crazy. Again, The burning I attributed to the mexican cuisine even on Monday but here we are two days later and I still have the problem.

Yesterday, I took M.O.M. and two doses of Ex Lax, and neither have really provided me any relief. I've read that one shouldn't be concerned about constipation until you've passed a certain time frame (some sources say two weeks, other say 3-5 days) but it's the urge to go, and then the burning that have me concerned and frustrated. I've thought of taking a suppository, but wanted to get some other opinions on what could be wrong. I don't eat a perfect diet, but I tend to get plenty of fluids and I've never had this problem before, it's quite scary!

Upon wiping, I've noticed that there's a little blood on the tissue, but it's not coming OUT of me, it's on the outside...i've been wiping a little too much. I have pushed a bit, so hopefully I haven't given myself a hemmorhoid. I tend to feel a bit nauseas when I get the urge to go, and it just feels like its RIGHT THERE fixing to come out then nothing. Frustrating.

Thanks for any help you guys can render!
