Hello I am new to this forum.

I have been treated for IBS for many years now, when my syptoms started as a new born. I have a new gastro-interologist ( I know I spelled that wrong). Anyway, she is looking into the possibility that I have Hershburg Sydrome. The only way to make a correct diagnosis is by taking a biopsy. I'm not too keen on that. But I have to do something. I have been impacted several times as an adult and my mother did her own removal of my feces when I was a child.
In a way I am excited that someone is looking into this further instead of being diagnosed with IBS or idiopathic chronic constipation.:o
