Hi. ok basically i just took a poo and it had what looked like blood in it! Ive done some research though and it doesn't appear to be normal. it was solid rather than runny and it was half brown (normal colour) and half dark red (looked reddish anyway). also i experienced no pain at all doing it. This sounds stupid but im wondering whether it could be food and drink. I ate a couple of beetroot the day before yesterday and also i went out drinking last night with my m8s and drank quite a lot but also some of the drinks were red. They're called VK cherry's. Dunno if u know them? could they have an affect on its colour? please help am a little worried!

  • It might be blood off your anus that might have been caused by the size of it or forcing it out, nothing serious. Best to see a dr if it persists though.
