everytime i drink carbonated drinks i get a feeling of pressure in chest and up throat and must burp

  • Burping after soda is normal since burping means release of gas from GI tract and burping after a soda means expelling the gas from the drink, carbon dioxide, used to make the soda. Gastroesophageal reflux often causes involuntary burping, so you may wanna have this checked.I am not sure but I reckon that the chest pressure could be from the gas too or from the reflux but you better rule out other possible underlying causes of chest pressure.
