ok, so in a nutshell, my body can't seem to handle food anymore. for the past 6 months, i've had panic attacks after i ate, migraines that last for days, terrible pains in my stomach, dizzyness, constipation, indigestion, nerve damage in my legs, you name it, and i'm pretty sure it has to do with my whole digestion process and whatnot. sometimes after i've eaten, it feels like the food is settling in my chest and not my stomach. i have a few symptoms of celiacs but it does not run in my family. i've been told that i could have some kind of immune disorder since i got sick around the same time that i got tinea versicolor (a rash that shouldn't make you sick but if it does, you got somethin' wrong with you, sista) and when i get sick with like a cold or anything, i feel normal!!
i've been reading about HSO probiotics and from what i've gathered, they completely cure you, kill you, or for some, don't do much at all. i read that you could get blood infections and if they hurt you, they'd be impossible to kill since the bacteria is so strong. but some people who have had gastrointestinal problems all their life say it completely cured them. my stomach problems started when i was in grade school (i'm 21 now), then mysteriously "went away" when i was about 15 and i didn't better my diet (big mistake!). now that i've got the same thing again but just way worse with migraines and other things, well, i don't think it's just going to go away this time. i've cut out gluten from my diet, started eating wayyy more fruits and veggies, started taking enzymes with every meal, and started taking probiotics (made by natrin). the only difference is that i don't have panic attacks after eating anymore but my migraines are almost constant.
my boyfriend works at a local health food store that sells the HSO probiotics and i'm so very tempted to try them. one lady came in his store once and said that they totally cured her. i'm just scared about the whole, you know, "possibly killing you" part. then again, would they really be on the market for as long as they have been if it made people seriously ill? what should you believe??
SO, if anybody has taken HSO probiotics please tell me what they did for you!!!!
thanks for reading the novel that i wrote here and thanks for your input!!!!! :D
