I have had this for years; I was diagnosed when I was 25. Now that I think of it I have always been sick since I was a kid. What I have really found is rest and eating right has helped me. As soon as I fell it coming on I stop any excursive and don’t do anything strenuous for about a month to a month and a half. It sucks trust me. Dizziness fatigue, felling out of it, all kills me. There are websites out there to try to help. I have noticed the only thing to get me out of this is rest. Overdoing yourself will put u you back to square 1. There is good info from these sites.
I am suffering from this right now and have to look forward to a month of rest. This is coming from someone who worked out 2 hrs a day, so it is detrimental. Things that can cause a relapse for me are drinking too much, not enough rest, and being very sick. I am 33 and hope that I can get better and try to keep this subdued.
