If you have green stool, with no other systems, could it just be what you had for dinner the night before?

  • Just happen today, and I have been eating lots of veggies. I have been doing that Quick Weight loss diet for the last 2 weeks... 4 servings of veggies a day, mostly greens.

  • I am really thinking it might be what I ate yesterday. I had salad for lunch and then boiled shrimp, mushrooms, potatoes for dinner. Plus I had vegetarian sloppy joes for a snack yesterday. Probably what did it. Thanks for your responses.
