GI disorder but IBS diagnosis is not sufficient for my symptoms.

For about 4 months, I've had nearly constant clear rectal leakage. It has been getting worse for the last 2 months, I wear adult "briefs" that are soaked by the end of the day. I've had a colonoscopy and a fissure, small polyp, and rectal ulcers were found. Nothing like parasites, celiac, colitis or Crohns was found.

I've continued to have stomach pain and now nausea. I've taken 2 different antibiotics with no improvement. I've missed a lot of work because I have no control over the leakage or smell. I'm frequently dehydrated, I've changed my diet but my symptoms are not getting better. I'm stuck financially and mentally because of this. Should I go to another gastroenterologist or another type of doctor?
