I was diagnosed with very bad GERD. I have asthma and was having breathing problems also because of the acid fumes entering my bronchial tubes. The doctor put me on protonix and zantac twice a day. I took it for 6 weeks with little improvement. Then I decided to try natural remedies and came across something called "Heartburn Free". They are orange extract capsules you take once every other day for 20 days. I am halfway done and have a dramatic improvement and I've stopped the protonix and zantac when I started taking this. I just wanted to share this with anyone who might be having the same problem. I didn't like the idea of taking medicine long term and was worried about the side effects it could cause.

  • Hi. I've been diagnosed with GERD too and was beginning to panic about the long term effects. Thanks for the tip :)
