Gastrointestinal and testicular pain

Hi, Recently, I went on a road trip (mid-July). It was a friday afternoon to sunday deal from memphis to st. louis. Saturday morning on the trip I got a pain in my lower right abdomen and was constipated. That next friday, I couldn't find a position I wasn't feeling pain or discomfort in for sleep. I went to the ER, got a abdominal X-ray, and was diagnosed with a stool blockage in my colon. I took Magnesium Citrate to flush my system, but I'm still getting pain in my left side, back, that same corner of my abdomen, and it feels like the bottom ridge of my ribs is bruised.

Around mid-august, I also started getting pain in my testicles. It began as some mild dull pain on the right side of my right testicle. it's occasionally on the left, but it feels like the testes might be more oblong or football shaped, and I think one of them is backwards. I don't think it's torsion. I'd be in "great pain". It's not that paint, and I still "Function" just fine. There is also a pain where my thighs meet my groin area. Most of the time it feels like I'm sitting and putting pressure on them. The worst pain was right after I had just ran back and forth down the hall doing my laundry, stinging with a deal of pain, but after holding my scrotum and holding the testicle, it felt better.

I self-service about 0-1 times/day, and have had nothing more serious than above-the-clothes play with my virgin GF, and am a 21-year-old virgin myself.

Could they be related or coincidental and in either case, ideas? I'm in a transition between insurance companies, but I might go see a doctor within 2 weeks.

  • also, my BMs have been varying in size, shape, color since this all started. most recently, long, thin, worm-like, and pale, but it's been small dark pellet types too.
