Hello I am a 19 year old male, for the past 2 years i have had these symptoms and was wondering if anyone had any idea what i could possibly have, usually in the morning when i wake up feeling fine, however after having breakfast, i feel my stomach gets bloated, and have alot of gas, i normally used the bathroom once in the morning but i constantly feel the urge to use it more than once and it is really uncomfortable, (stool is soft, not diarrhea), after about 4 hours im usually hungry again and have lunch, however whenever i get hungry now it is really umcomfortable to the point that if i dont eat something immediatly i get abdominal pain, i remember when i was healthy it wasnt this way, my stomach feels like its moving alot (its hard to describe the feeling) but its very umcomfortable, then after eating my stomach gets bloated again and i get gas. It seems that after every meal now i feel stomach discomfort (wether it is abdominal pain or feeling the need to use the bathroom). Also there are somethings which make me think it might be anxiety but I dont know what to think anymore, usually whenever im doing something and i forget the symptoms i feel fine, i have been really anxitous lately and stressed out but its because of this because it seems to have gotten worst, before i could deal with the symptoms but now i feel its taking control of my life to the point i dont feel comfortable leaving my house, but sometimes i wont even think about all this and i still have the symptoms. I feel like im going insane. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for reading and taking time to respond.

  • Go to a natural health food store and ask the clerks for a high dose probiotic. At least 50 billion and make sure it is enteric coated. I used brands like Metagenics, New Roots. Take 2 everyday for a month. After a month drop the dose down to one a day and continue to take for at least 3 months. Be patient. You will notice a change after 3 months. I would continue to take 50 billion probiotic for another 2 months until you feel 'normal' again. After that continue to take probiotics but you can jump down to a smaller dosage. ( I use 11 billion).Again, make sure they are enteric coated. The high dose are expensive, but well worth the money. Also, ask the clerks for a good enzyme. Take one-two enzymes with every meal for the frst 3 months while you are taking the 50 billion probiotics. The combination of the two will heal you.Trust me. I have been through it and I have recommended it to many friends and family and they have all seen relief. You also may want to try a hypoallergenic diet. It helped my husband to find out he has a gluten intolerance. Look it up online and follow it exactly. I promise you will feel better. Just be patient it will take some time. Don't give up. Good luck to you.
