I have been having gastro issues from quite sometime.
1. Need for bowel movement after food.
2. soft stools.
3. very weak digestion

Recently I started to have lot of bloating (gas) and burping. My most recent ultrasound showed some sludge in gallbladder and some small non calcified stones. I havent had any pain as such.

have people here tried anykind of flushes (olive oil/lemon) mentioned over the net. do they really help?
any other ways to clear out the GB sludge?
