Feeling full

When I sit down to eat my meals I can only eat about a quarter of what I normally eat before I feel full and have to put my knife and fork down because I know otherwise I will get a bad case of indigestion. My digestive problems started over a year ago with bad constipation and indigestion for no reason so i went to my doctor. I had an ultra sound scan, colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything was fine so they left it at that. Because of my problems with eating I have since been very careful what I eat and have dropped a stone in weight because of it. I am hypothyroid and wonder if that could have anything to do with it. I Would be grateful if anyone has any ideas what's causing it.
